We are hiring a Logistics Intern to join our team in Monterrey.

What you can expect as a Logistics Intern:

• Support the tracking and monitoring of domestic and international shipments.
• Assist with transportation scheduling and follow-up activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain and analyze logistics KPIs, including OTD, transportation costs, and packaging utilization.
• Monitor packaging inventories and support returnable container management with customers and suppliers.
• Participate in projects focused on route optimization, transportation cost reduction, and packaging efficiency improvements.
• Support the investigation and follow-up of transportation incidents, shipment shortages, and damaged materials.
• Maintain logistics databases, reports, and documentation while assisting with executive presentations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Your profile as a Logistics Intern

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Transportation Engineering, International Trade, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• University insurance or medical insurance.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
