We are looking to hire a Jis Coordinator to join our team at Toluca. 

What you can look forward to as JIS Coordinator?:

• Proactively assess, escalate and manage supplier risk issues through senior ZF and Customer management.
• Ensure there are no disruptions to ZF plant or Customer production due to lack of serial production parts as a result of capacity or Tier 2 work patterns.
• Identify and assist in supply chain capacity resolution efforts as needed and seek timely solutions to avoid negative cost impacts or production disruptions.
• Act as key first contact for customer and Tier N suppliers for supplier capability and delivery issues, including confirmation of work pattern information...,
• Follow up on critical components for production. /Coordinate with customer and IT to resolve any error messages in a timely manner, using standard instructions and standards.
• Support the implementation process of engineering and pre-series changes, special constructions, etc.
• Production follow-up in assembly lines to guarantee shipments
• Attend customer meetings, communications, audits and material planning directives.

Your profile as JIS coordinator:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent (preferred), Eng.
• Required experience: 5 years minimum in supply chain.
• Specific knowledge: SAP, Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Demand, knowledge in STLA portals, Customer Requirements, Knowledge in Forecast 830 and 862.
• Maintain SAP JiS material master data and compare and correct, JIS cancellations, new orders, and ASNs.
• Ensure the correct provision of the daily electronic data flow of technical order data from the Customer to the Plant.
• Prepare the assembly line data.
• Highly important: this position is working in a 2 shifts role scheme.
