We are looking to hire a Facilities Coordinator  to join our team at Toluca.

What you can look forward as Faclities Coordinator:

• Lead-level facilities professional leading a function associated with the operation of the facilities management department; this position is typically responsible for a facilities staff within small to medium-sized facilities, and typically reports to the maintenance department. 

Responsibilities:

• Equipment distribution (layout): Maintains updated plant layout, facilities, equipment and services
• Equipment movement: Coordinates the requirements and activities of equipment movement for the adaptation of production lines.
• Plant maintenance: Coordinates the activities and requirements for the operation of the production and administrative plant Maintenance in the interior and exterior buildings, rainwater purification systems Installation of special equipment (compressors, nitrogen generators, mezzanines, etc.) 
• In charge of management and administration off contractors for all the maintenance activities within the plant
• Budget management for facilities maintenance

Your profile as Facilities Coordinator:

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive industry in the same area
• Engineering
• Fluent english
• Experience leading people
• SAP nice to have
