About the Team

The Operations team in Division B is responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely logistics and traffic processes that support business continuity. The team works closely with customs brokers, transportation providers, and internal stakeholders to manage import and export activities. This project-driven environment promotes standardization, process documentation, and continuous improvement. Collaboration, compliance, and operational excellence are core to the team’s way of working.

What you can look forward to as Intern Traffic Operations:

• Execution of land and sea import and export processes.
• Collection and validation of import/export documentation and files.
• Support in customs clearance, proforma preparation, and regulatory compliance.
• Participation in the transfer of traffic activities from Shared Services to the Business Unit.
• Creation, validation, and implementation of operational procedures.
• Documentation of the Entry process for exports from the USA.
• Interaction with internal operations, customs, and logistics stakeholders.

Your Profile as Intern Traffic Operations:

• Student in International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business, or related fields (6th–7th semester).
• Basic knowledge of customs processes, pedimentos, and Annex 22.
• Understanding of import/export documentation and transportation modes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment.
