Tooling Project Manager

This job will be physically located in the ZF Group's production site in Timisoara ( street Macin, nr. 16 )

Main tasks for this position :

Development of new tooling for plastic injection molding process
Implementation and tracking of changes for new & serial tooling
Provide technical support for tooling relocation between different production sites
Facilitates improvement activities to ensure progress and sustainability
Evaluate measurement reports and define tool adjustments
Provides manufacturing assistance and support for both new and existing products and processes
Provides technical support and assistance, shares knowledge about products, applications, processes, materials and tools
Calculates costs and timing for tool changes
Responsible for planning and optimization of tool concept, and selection of appropriate tool suppliers (domestic and foreign).

Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
Experience in a similar position (minimum 2 years)
Very good command of spoken and written English
Advanced knowledge of Office Tools, Catia Minitab
