Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a colleague in the Talent Acquisition Department at our location in Timisoara

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Post jobs on multiple networks and career sites
  • Conduct initial screening to determine match to the position requirements. Schedule interviews and/or assessments with local human resources and/or hiring teams as requested.
  • Work closely with local human resources representatives and hiring managers to prepare and complete search process (e.g. feedback to candidates not selected, etc.).
  • Manage compliance to applicable employment laws and requirements specific to recruitment (applicant recordkeeping, etc.).
  • Maintain a variety of recruiting data and prepare reports to communicate recruitment status and performance against identified metrics (e.g. cost-per-hire, days to close, interview:hire ratio, etc.).

 

Qualifications

 

  • A college student, preferably in a field directly related to Human Resources (Psychology, Communication, Economics or a similar field)
  • Relevant experience preferable but not a must
  • Ability to work independent and reliable in a international virtual environment
  • Teamplayer with the ability to learn by doing 
  • Fluent in English
