System Architect (Braking Systems Division)

Responsibilities:
-Developing the logical model of the system and developing the systems architecture based on the logical model
-Identifying the elements and their interfaces and identifying the element boundary and interfaces
-Developing, evaluating alternative designs and support on design decisions
-Ensuring that design can be retraced to requirements
-Planning implementation strategy, support in the integration and verification planning
-Analyzing interface impacts and ensuring preventive measures to mitigate problems
Requirements
- Engineer, Bachelor of Science, Master of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering
-Detailed knowledge of design principles (modularity, information hiding and decoupling, abstraction)
-Detailed knowledge about architecture and design patterns (abstraction layering, error handling, structure patterns), analysis patterns and of object orientation
-Experience in modelling languages UML/SysML
-Knowledge of performance modeling and model execution
-Knowledge of generating and analyzing UseCases
-Ability to identify, exploit reusable components and create architectural prototypes
-Knowledge of domain-specific norms and requirements (e.g. IEEE 29148, ECE 13H, FMVSS 136)
-Knowledge of functional safety (e.g. ISO26262), Automotive SPICE (e.g. ISO15504)
-Knowledge of the performance of reviews, review techniques and of test methods
-Knowledge of the tools allocated to the role in the software standard process (e.g. Cameo, DOORS)
-Detailed Systems know-how and knowledge of the domain (e.g. Braking, slip control system) is a plus
-Experience in systems engineering (ISO15288)
-Good moderation and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
-Good communications skills and good English skills (German is a plus)
