Software Test Engineer for DI (Innovation & Technology)

Tasks:

Performing of test activities for the development and release of software for control and Basic Software/Middleware of eMobilty components or transmissions.
Evaluation and coordination of test requirements and contents taking into account changing framework conditions with the responsible technical departments, customers as well as suppliers and external service providers and international development partners where applicable
Accompaniment and documentation of the software validation process according to Automotive SPICE as well as ZF product development processes
Contact regarding test activities/status as well as identification and implementation of the synergy potentials of our projects
Selection and maintenance of test environments

Skills:

Solid experience in testing (Software and System Testing in Automotive field);
Good knowledge of communication protocols: CAN, CANFD, LIN;
Good knowledge in software testing process, tools, methods and techniques, SIL / HIL testing;
Basic Functional Safety and/or Cyber Security;
Basic Electronics knowledge, Embedded Systems;
Restbus simulation;
HIL & SIL environment;
Debugging Skills;
Python, C/ C++, or /and CAPL for Test Scripts;
Used Tools: Doors, ClearQuest, ClearCase, Integrity, EXAM, ControlDesk, Vector Tools, Jira, AutomationDesk, Ediabas, E-SyS, SoftCar, CodeBeamer, Azure, Git, PTC integrity, Jenkins;
