Payroll Specialist (Limited Contract, 2 Years)

Job Description

Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey. Main Tasks: 

• Pre-payment tasks: Manage overtime, workdays, recovery days, and premiums.
• Annual salary studies: Ensure fair compensation across departments.
• Financial reports: Prepare economic and financial statements, analyses, forecasts, and statistics for employees.
• Subsidies and allowances: Process data for legal subsidies and medical leave allowances, and forecast budgets and salary increases.
• Compliance documents: Prepare necessary documents for audits and authority controls.
• Budget and payroll: Calculate budgets, forecast salaries, update payroll with new or terminated contracts also managing the benefits package
• Legal compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations for compensation and benefits.
• Software use: Utilize specific applications for timekeeping, administration, and payroll to generate required reports.

Your profile: 

• Experience: At least 3 years in payroll, reporting, or finance.
• Skills: Strong analysis, synthesis, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
• Organization: Good planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Approach: Proactive and flexible.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Language: Advanced English
