Payroll Expert (Limited Contract, 2 Years)

Payroll Expert is responsible for comprehensive payroll calculations and answering questions through the SNOW system. This individual will be a key member of the HR Operation team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and liaising with external institutions

What you can look forward to as Payroll Expert (m/f/d):

•    Salary Calculation and Payments: Responsible for calculating salaries and making payments, including quarterly/annual bonuses e.g.  (Seniority Bonus, LI, STI), OP, FCST, Accrual salaries. Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of monthly payroll files.
•    Pre-Payment Activities: Responsible for activities before payment such as overtime, days worked, recovery days, and premiums.
•    Monthly Statements and Reports: Prepares and delivers monthly payment statements, reports, financial centralizers, D112 statement, and all reports according to legal requirements.
•    Allowances & Subsidies: Prepares and processes necessary data to access subsidies applicable by law, as well as medical leave allowances. Submits files within legal deadlines.
•    Document Preparation: Prepares necessary documents for controls from authorities and audits.
•    Labor Code Compliance: Ensures correct application of the Labor Code and legislative regulations regarding compensation and benefit operations.
•    Informatics Applications: Uses specific informatics applications for timekeeping, administration, and payroll to prepare required reports.
•    Local payroll processes coordination: Supervising daily operations and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. 


 

Your profile as Payroll Expert  (m/f/d):
•    Experience:  Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll Activity
•    Skills: Strong analysis, synthesis, attention to detail, and problem-solving.
•    Organization: Good planning, organizing, and prioritizing abilities.
•    Communication: Excellent communication skills.
•    Approach: Proactive and flexible.
•    Software: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
•    Language: Advanced English
