MES Solution Analyst / Architect

We are looking for a new colleague in the IT Production Operations Department at our location in Timisoara, Romania

Your tasks:

• Responsible for analysis with the business departments in terms of clarification of the project requirements and if needed for additional alignment with machine vendors.
• Responsible for designing of the solution using existing methods - including preparation of functional specification in the frame of the iTAC MES (MOM) Suite.
• Being the first contact point for Integration team during implementation phase.
• Making strong collaboration with all project stakeholders and with the vendor iTAC to deliver “state of the art” solutions - being a bridge between projects and a product team.
• Providing MES consultation services in the global production environment.
• Applying governance of the solutions considering the IT-strategy and the IT-Architecture.
• Defining solution lifecycle, ensuring compliance of architecture, security, change and release processes.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Automation, Industrial Software or similar technically related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience with designing or participation in customization of iTac MES (MOM) Suite in the areas of traceability, production management, interlocking, quality management and logistic is a must.
• Experience with production of electronics (SMT, SPI, AOI, X-RAY, ICT) and programming skills (Java Script) would be an advantage.
• Critical thinking, excellent communication with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Traveling; 10% of working time in critical project phases.
• Very good spoken & written English, German is in plus.
