Your tasks as Information Security Awareness Expert(specialist)

• Overall responsible for global Information Security Awareness Education & Phishing simulation Program
• Responsible to introduce and maintain suitable awareness platforms including social media and digital platforms, up-to-date awareness and trainings concepts
• Utilize a blend of general solutions applicable to the entire organization and targeted initiatives tailored to specific departments or teams.
• Stay informed about current information security threats and trends, translating this knowledge into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Generate management reports detailing the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives, key performance indicators, and areas for improvement.

Your profile as a Information Security Awareness Expert(specialist)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Communication, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) with 3 years of proven experience
• Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate security risks through innovative awareness solutions.
• Experience in developing and delivering phishing simulation exercises.
• Proficiency in generating and presenting management reports to communicate the effectiveness of security awareness initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• High level of social and communication skills as well as independence
• English business fluent, German or other languages preferred
