Main responsibilities:

Manages the global HR IT support team
Supports the BRM function (domain / division / region) in the area of HR IT for regional and local related HR processes
Ensures operational efficiency through standardization of HR IT related applications & tools across the regions north and south America
Manages and delivers projects within the area of HR IT according to business requirements
Manages HR IT applications during their entire lifecycle, based on business requirements and agreed service levels
Defines and establishes sustainable business platform architecture in the area of HR IT in the regions

Your profile:

Bachelor’s Degree
At least 3 years of experience in an HRIT-focused role including application development and/or solution development
Ability to analyze extensive and complex ranges of data, information, processes and, system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions
Advanced level of Engligh language knowledge
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
