About the Team:

As part of the Project Controlling Team (EFEP), you will contribute to the financial management and performance control of the EV Business Unit. Together with specialist departments, Portfolio Management, and the BU leadership team, you will analyze profitability, identify optimization opportunities, and support well-founded decision-making for the EV Business Unit.

What you can look forward to as Function- & Project-Controller:

• Independent coordination and preparation of profitability calculations for projects within the EV Business Unit
• Responsible for the collection, monitoring, validation and plausibility assessment of all input data for profitability calculations, including data provided by internal stakeholders
• Performing consistency checks and deviation analyses, identifying cost drivers, and defining and implementing appropriate countermeasures. Particular focus on cost-down measures and sustainable cost optimization, as well as acting as an interface between the Business Partners, Controlling, Portfolio Management, and BU management
• Supporting the planning and forecasting process for the EV Business Unit
• Independently preparing reports and analyses for the Portfolio and the EV Business Unit
• Responsible for the creation and optimization of controlling tools
• Acting as a sparring partner for the EV Business Unit and the Business Partners

Your profile as Function- & Project-Controller:

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Controlling
• Deep understanding of cost structures, quotation management, and processes in the automotive environment
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3 and proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Teamcenter Product Cost Management (TcPCM) is an advantage
• Confident appearance, resilience, assertiveness, strong intercultural and social skills, excellent communication skills, and a solid business and financial understanding of key figures
• Fluent in English, German language knowledge is an advantage
