Main Tasks:
- Directs Independent Aftermarket sales development within the country, in line with defined brand and sales strategy, as well as market share and profitability targets, in alignment with sub-region
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the business plan of the country
- Adjusts the sales/marketing approach to the needs of the country customers, ensuring profitable business and market shares are delivered
- Negotiates agreements with customers in line with given targets and delivers operational customer sales support on a daily basis
- Agrees and ensures delivery of sales, profitability and customer satisfaction targets for the respective customer base
- Defines and strives for individual KPIs in a way that sales/profitability targets and customer expectations can be delivered
- Acts as a local key account manager for selected customers, supports the Central Key Account Manager and Sub-zone Head in servicing large customers
Your profile:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in IAM market
- Travelling availability approx. 50% of total working time
- Language skills: english business level,
- Product expertise in relevant products (shocks, clutches, braking) would be preferred
- Proven experience to deliver ambitious growth and profitability targets
- Problem resolution, process improvement and negotiation skills
