Finance Controller for Business Development

We are looking for a driven and dedicated financial analyst in Business Development to focus on ZF Division R’s Action Measurement Tracking (AMT) Tool.

Synopsis

Div. R AMT is a tool to ensure measure tracking in short-to-long-term perspective fostering cross functional and business unit alignment, with high visibility on the divisional level, to drive profitable growth and ensure long term success of the Division R business.

Your Tasks:

• Financial Target Setting within defined Cadence and alignment with the relevant functions under consideration of Head-/Tailwinds with potential Target Impact
• Financial Poka-Yoke, data quality on Function and BU-Level
• Support of Financial Evaluation of projects and potential facilitation of GAP closure process as well as Interface and Coordinator to Money Belts
• Managing an organizing management reviews for Excel and Explore topics at Divisional Level
• Support of Financial Strategic Planning Process with direct link to DIV R Finance Organization

Requirements:

• Successfully completed university studies as business economist, industrial engineer, international management or equivalent
• At least 3 years professional experience with finance & controlling and leadership skills
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English (German optional)
