What you can look forward to as Finance Analyst:

• Create and align the Planning and Forecast-Calendar with ZF Group Calendar
• Statutory finance tasks: reports and analyses under Local GAAP
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the data quality in planning, forecast, actual and reports under local GAAP
• Prepare analyses and presentations for meetings
• Responsible for the yearly/monthly update of the DI-Project Planning and -Forecast for the Business Unit ZC
• Trouble shooting by reporting issues in Forecast and Planning
• Maintenance of the Plan-Actual Mapping
• Substitution for Master Data Management and Reporting
• Weekly update of the data for the Project finder

Your profile as Finance Analyst:

• University studies: Finance, Accountability, Economics, Financial Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling and Reporting
• Accounting experience, basic experience in dealing with audits and compliance activities 
• Tools: ZP1 SAP-ERP / ZP2 SAP-BW / Excel
• Additional systems: FACT, ZP8
• Experience working with: forecasting, planning, Master Data Management, cost controlling, OPEX/CAPEX, month-end and year-end closing
• Advance knowledge of: reporting, Power BI, invoices, budgets, cost and margin analysis.
• Soft skills: communicative, reliable, committed
• Languages: English, German would be a plus
