Data Protection Coordinator NPM

This person will be the process owner for “Data Protection” within the Materials Management organization, as a global role.

 

Tasks:

  • Ensure cooperation with suppliers is based on respective regulations regarding Data Protection; monitor respective process for sourcing decisions and on regular checks for existing supplier base
  • Cooperation and consulting of purchasing commodity teams for negotiation of Data Protection Agreements with individual suppliers, continuous improvements of standard contracts
  • Close Cooperation with Data Protection Delegates of other functions like IT, HR, Finance on the global ZF Approach for Data Protection
  • Definition and Rollout of contract management and contract database for Data Protection as basis for risk analysis, define and drive measures to minimize risks for each commodity and country
  • Project Lead within NPM Purchasing for global initiatives regarding new requirements on ZF Supplier Base
  • Provide communication and training for relevant topics for contract management and standard supplier requirements for internal ZF Team as well as supplier key contacts

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar
  • Legal knowledge and experience in purchasing or quality would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, process orientation, target driven mindset
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (SAP and PowerBI would be an advantage)
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English (at least B2 for everyday business communication)
