Process Engineer - Assembly

About The Team

We are looking for a new colleague as Process Engineer - Assembly for our Wind Power Business at our location of Tianjin China. 

What you can look forward to as Process Engineer - Assembly:

• Process Owner for Assembly in ZFWPT
• New product introduction, process validation including Process documents preparation
• Ensure ZF quality requirements at assembly processes
• Day-to-day trouble shooting to have smooth production
• Ensure Safety, Productivity, Cost and Quality improvement projects
• Maintain periodic report on key technical parameters  

Your Profile as Process Engineer - Assembly:

• Expert knowledge of Transmission or heavy equipment Assembly process.
• Expert knowledge of Limits and fits in Assembly, bearing clearances and Preloads and Bolting technologies
• Expert in design of clamping and material handling equipment for Assembly processes.
• Software Knowledge - Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, Delmia, MS Office Tools
• Expert knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving. e.g. 8D, 6-Sigma
• Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing. Working experience on ERP (SAP, MES). Knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001-2015).
• Language skills: Mandarin Chinese: Skilled, English: CET-4
