ZF Wind Power develops, together with its partners, unique gearbox designs and services to guarantee the highest quality at competitive costs. We are looking for a new colleague, Planner & Buyer at our location of Tianjin, China.

What you can look forward to as Planner & Buyer:

• Release the long-term material requirement plan PO/SA to supplier directly and take the positive communication with supplier ,timely get supplier’s confirmation and control supplier’s inventory in the reasonable level. Ensure the suppliers delivery on time.
• Set up the material requirement plan base on the ZF production plan and supplier capacity.
• Coordination the working process with different departments, to adjust supplier delivery plan if have special case happening.
• Ensure production no shutdown risk as material reason.
• Purchase Order/SA contract analysis and summarizing to supplier.
• Control the raw material inventory and do the raw material inventory forecast
• Assisting and coordination the workshop assembly, test bench, picking and delivery transportation per business requires.

Your Profile as Planner & Buyer:

• Education level: Bachelor degree, manufacturing work background. Minimum 3 years working on planning area. Good English in writing and orally. Good PC skills in word, excel, PPT, ect. Familiar with SAP/MRP system especially of the buying(material planning) related module. Has MRP logic skills.
• Good self-study competence, rapid new knowledge understanding.
• Good communication and cooperation during different team/departments.
• Good study and working attitude, Has strong team work sense. Be smart and positive thinking and working especially when facing changes and challenges.
