What you can look forward to as Digital Transformation Engineer:

• Drive the deployment of the plant’s digitalization strategy, with approximately 70% of the role focused on digital solutions and 30% on project management.
• Identify digitalization opportunities in manufacturing and business processes and translate operational needs into practical IT solutions.
• Develop and implement digital applications, dashboards and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate.
• Integrate and analyse data from sources such as SharePoint, Excel, SQL databases, SAP, MES, WMS and other enterprise systems.
• Manage the full lifecycle of digitalization projects, from requirements, planning and prototyping through testing, deployment, documentation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, manage scope, schedule, risks, resources and stakeholders, and ensure delivery of measurable business value.
• Provide user training, coaching and ongoing support to promote adoption of digital tools and strengthen the plant’s digital culture.
• Maintain the digitalization roadmap and project pipeline, share best practices and lessons learned, and evaluate relevant Industry 4.0 technologies.

Your Profile as Digital Transformation Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on IT capability, with practical experience in application development, business intelligence, workflow automation, data analytics or system integration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform—particularly Power Apps, Power BI and Power Automate—is required.
• Good knowledge of data modelling, dashboard design, SQL or relational databases, and integration with enterprise data sources and systems.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations and experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment are required.
• Proven project management experience, including requirements management, planning, coordination, risk control and stakeholder communication.
• English proficiency sufficient to use English as the working language in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a hands-on, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work independently across functions.
