Maintenance Electrical Engineer

About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague to join our maintenance team in Tianjin plant.

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Electrical Engineer:

• Set up aggressive target of machine reliability and ability to analyse where the opportunities are
• Handle the emergency repair in the area and make effective troubleshooting
• Proactively identify and implement the project repairs in order to substantially increase the health status of machines
• Evaluate the PM tasks rationality and initiate improvement reflecting the dynamic situation
• Spare part identification timely and thoroughly
• Have the ideas to find the root cause behind the superficial phenomenon
• Best practice experience\learning and application
• Systematic view and macro-perspective to see the function situation
• Coordinate related works with other departments or other colleagues in Maintenance Department in order to get support and understanding
• Function KPI and gap analysis, and then make improvement accordingly
• PITS responsible coordinator to set up/maintain/improve systems to meet the target of company
• Cost saving all the time, under budget and improve cost effectiveness

Your Profile as Maintenance Electrical Engineer:

• Bachelor college, at least 5 years maintenance experience in the Windpower industry 
• Experience with Gleason/Starrag/Danobat etc., and CNC experience
• PLC trouble shooting and optimize program
• PITS (production IT security) experience
• Good oral English level, good at office software
• Clear logic, Proactive, Leadership, Strong coordinate ability
• Customer-oriented and service spirit
