We are looking for a new colleague Key Account Manager China for our Division I at our location of Tianjin.


Your Tasks

  • Sales & Marketing Vision and Strategy -- Execute vision and strategy to the account in order to ensure and deliver long term sustainable growth for ZF WP and in order to be recognized as strong brand/business partner in the Wind Energy Market.

  • Key Account plan -- Prepare, execute, continuously evaluate and update the key account plan as basis of communication with the customers and the ZF WP organization in order to deal with and prioritize short term customer requirements. Build & sustain long term relationship with customers in order to have optimal customer satisfaction and become and/or remain their preferred business partner (existing business / new product & services introduction).

  • Contract negotiations and follow-up -- Prepare and support negotiation with customer and conclude large, framework agreements in conjunction with the Management Team to ensure sustainable relationship with the customer. Manage delivery scheduling process and ensure compliance with contract terms.

  • Sales account P&L -- Deliver and drive growth of sales volumes and steer all customer related activities both at customer side and internally in order to achieve growth of sales volumes and increase of margins. Monitor and take action where needed –towards customer as well as within ZF WP- with regard to Accounts Receivable for the account. Solidify orders and follow-up the orders in order to ensure early detection and resolution of potential issues

  • Business Development / Customer Relationship management -- Analyze market developments and identify opportunities for further expanding the business, both at existing and new customers. Build a sustainable and solid long-term relationship within own accounts and potential new customers.

  • Sales Planning process -- Influence stakeholders at ZF WP to drive for results to ensure delivery of products and services up to customer requirements in terms of cost, time of delivery, quality and reliability. Represent the customer internally, lobby and actively drive the process of data and business cases preparation to smoothen the decision-making process and to steer company activities in areas of product development and supply.

  • Experience and knowledge sharing -- Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.


Your Profile

  • Experience: At least 5 years’ experience in multinational company, with strong sales experience, preferred in Wind Energy industry background. Background in customer contract negotiations.

  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in large international organization. Willingness to work under pressure.

  • Language: Proficiency in both oral and written Chinese and English and could present him/herself in a logic and professional way.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with Business Management or Engineering.
