Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for an HR Representative to join our Department in the location of Tianjin, China.

What you can look forward to as HR Representative?

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead and coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Oversee labor dispatch processes and coordinate with external agencies. Manage internship programs, including recruitment, placement, performance tracking, and conversion planning. Maintain accurate recruitment data and talent pipelines.
  • Employee Relations: Coordinate employee survey activities, including preparation, communication, execution, data consolidation, and action tracking. Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs. Plan and organize company-sponsored events and activities to promote healthy organizational culture. Coordinate welfare and benefits activities such as annual medical check-ups. Support resolution of employee inquiries and ER cases with professionalism and compliance.
  • Reporting & Budget Management: Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis. Support HR budget planning, tracking, and cost control in coordination with the HR Manager. Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data in systems and documents.
  • General HR Support & Process Improvement: Participate in the optimization of HR policies, processes, and programs. Support HR projects and internal/external audits. Assist employees in the application, renewal, and cancellation of visa, work permits, and residence permit.

Your Profile as HR Representative:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, English, or related fields. Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with solid exposure to recruitment and employee relations. Experience working in multinational or large group organizations preferred.
  • Technical Competencies & Skills: Knowledge of the China Labor Law and HR Management Policies. Good command of English. Proficient in MS Office.
  • Behavioral Competencies & Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and execution capability. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information. Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively across departments
