The Test and Maintenance team works in a dynamic manufacturing environment supporting highly automated production lines. The team collaborates closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure equipment availability, product quality, and smooth implementation of engineering changes. What you can look forward to as Repair & Electrical Test Technician:

• Supporting multiple production lines by ensuring high availability and reliability of electrical and electronic test equipment
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on functional test stations, ICT systems, and test fixtures
• Executing electrical tests and debugging activities at PCBA and system level
• Differentiating efficiently between product failures and test equipment issues to minimize production downtime
• Monitoring test station performance and key indicators such as MTTR, MTBF, FPY, and downtime
• Providing direct shop-floor support under fast-paced production conditions
• Participating in engineering changes, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile as Repair & Electrical Test Technician:

• Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing or industrial production environments
• Strong knowledge of reading electrical/electronic schematics and troubleshooting PCBA failures
• Hands-on experience with measurement instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies
• Familiarity with ICT, functional testing concepts, and test fixtures
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to rotate shifts (day, afternoon, night) and work overtime as required
