About the team
- KAM(Key Account Management) dept, responsible for Japanese Commercial Vehicle Customers
- Representative technical contact window for our customers
- Responsible for smooth handling of technical topics like design change, RFQ, marketing, cost impact etc
- Bridge function with internal stakeholders to manage the technical topics
What you can look forward as Technical Sales:
- Responsible for all technical topics within sales team including project management of design change
- Support function for new development project
- To collect ZF products information together with internal stakeholders based on market and customer demands
- Seek opportunities for internal process and communication optimization
- Analyze technical needs from market and customer
- Collect, communicate and visualize voice of customer from technical point of view
- Extend customer network with technical members and improve relationship and enhance customer satisfactions
Your profile as Technical Sales:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in automotive industry, mechanical industry or electronics industry
- Excellent communication skill in Japanese and English language
- General knowledge for engineering
- Strong communication skill and passion
- High ability to adapt with new environment and diversity condition with positive approach
- Motivated to study something new
- Preferred : Project management experience
- Preferred : Basic skills for SAP, MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word..)
