Team Lead Quality Management System

Your tasks as Team Lead – Quality Management 

  • Keeping records and quality related reporting including performance process reporting for quality department on different reporting levels and ensuring that all users are achieving normal functioning in SAP and QS stat
  • Maintaining, conducting or coordinating necessary quality audits (costumer audit, IATF audit, ISO audit etc.);
  • Implementation and maintenance of all procedures regarding quality management, assisting and providing relevant information’s to other departments in reaching quality objectives and creating procedures or other quality system documentation etc.;
  • Responsible for implementing, conducting, tracking and reaching all quality targets in accordance with local legislation, company procedures and standard auditing requirements within specific unit
  • Being in charge of budget and headcount planning as well as training and leadership, reporting directly to Quality Manager

 

Your profile as Team Lead – Quality Management

 

  • Completed studies in electrical or mechanical engineering or comparable field of technical background preferable
  • Several years of working experience in related jobs, desirable experience in leadership
  • Knowledge of quality management, methodological competence and relevant quality standards IATF 16949 (PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, 8D etc.) with desirable knowledge of process auditing ex. VDA 6.3 as well as SAP experience
  • Strong commitment and personal initiative, communication skills, capacity for teamwork, creativity, Excellent English
