We are strengthening our team in the "Quality/Warranty department" at the location Schweinfurt or Stemwede-Dielingen.

Your tasks:

Supervision of cross-plant warranty issues at the customer and of the warranty parts return centers (WPRT) at the customer, if available
Cooperation/initiation of projects with warranty risk (escalations, initiatives, ...) as well as negotiation and handling of warranty complaints/costs of a customer group
Editing/supporting warranty issues/questions as part of the project work (cENGIS) as well as support, training and guidance of the ZF plants in warranty requirements/issues
Checking and ensuring compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) for warranty as well as document review within the scope of the warranty (CSR, contracts, procedures/flows, ...)
Coordination of the VDA Field Failure Analysis in coordination with the ZF plants and the customers

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical or commercial degree (TU, FH, TE, BW), preferably with a focus on vehicle technology or automotive
Experience in the field of quality data analytics or statistical evaluation methods desirable
Secure knowledge of the common quality tools and methods in the automotive industry (8D, FMEA, CP, Ishikawa, 5W, Six Sigma, Coretools, ...) as well as familiarity with MS Office applications and SAP
Operational readiness, "hands-on" mentality, flexibility, team-, communication- and assertiveness skills as well as confident appearance and experience in dealing with international OEMs advantageous
Fluent German and English language skills in spoken and written form
