About the team: The global wireless network access Team is a team which takes care about all wireless technologies like WiFI, LoRaWAN, 5G etc. for the ZF Group worldwide. With Engineers in all regions, the team collaborates global with other IT departments, business and production. 

What you can look forward to as Senior Network Administrator

• Design, implement and develop complex standardized wireless network environments according to the requirements of the ZF Group;
• Participation or lead in international projects or sub-projects;
• Design and definition of architectures and network standards for the ZF Group;
• Coordination and controlling of external service providers and communication with internal customers/users, as well as cooperation with other areas; of the IT organization, external support partners and tech companies in the IT industry;
• Third-level support in case of network environment issues worldwide.

Your profile as a Senior Network Administrator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field;
• English language knowledge;
• 8+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Network Infrastructure in large enterprise or cloud provider environments;
• Solid knowledge of Networking Protocols (TCP/IP, RADIUS, WPA3, WIFI6) and experience with radio frequency regulatory;
• Ability and willingness to travel (up to 30%) both within Europe as well as abroad.
