About the Team

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you are part of a small highly skilled, innovative, and motivated development team in the construction and exploitation of new digital solutions for ZF Aftermarket developed using cutting-edge technologies in web and mobile applications, together with cloud technologies. You will be working closely with the product team, marketing team, and other IT professionals, to build responsive, data-centric rich web and mobile applications.

What you can look forward to as QA Engineer (m/f/d): 

• Select and develop integration testing techniques to ensure the system meets requirements.
• Design and customize integration/regression tests and identify open issues.
• Organize test plans and procedures for white and black box testing at the unit, module, system, and integration levels.
• Establish procedures for result analysis and reporting.
• Design and implement defect tracking and correction procedures
• Write or automate a test program to assess/validate the software quality (functional and non-functional requirements)
• Develop tools to increase test effectiveness
• Provide guidance to project and team leaders regarding the execution of required quality assurance activities.

Your Profile as QA Engineer (m/f/d): 

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and/or software engineering, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Cypress or similar, and knowledge of automation testing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills, with assertiveness and tact.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, Jira, and CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure Pipelines.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset.
