Atividades:

•    Suportar o ambiente de infraestrutura de TI garantindo a disponibilidade da LAN, WLAN e WAN para os sites da América do Sul;
•    Gerenciar os devices de rede de acordo com as políticas de segurança ZF;
•    Acompanhar o life-cycle dos devices de rede;
•    Atuar nos incidentes relacionados ao ambiente de redes;
•    Elaborar e manter documentação relacionada à area;
•    Participação em projetos incluindo escopo internacional.

Requisitos:
•    Necessário Superior completo em Sistemas de Informação, Análise de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação ou equivalente;
•    Inglês avançado mandatório;
•    Conhecimento de LAN/WAN/WLAN (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba);
•    Conhecimento na metodologia ITIL®.
