We are looking for a new colleague in the System Management team at our location in Shirley (The Hub)

Our ZF Hub UK is a brand new state-of-the-art, fit for the future facility supporting technology innovation for Next Generation Mobility, across four technology domains: Vehicle Motion Control, Integrated Safety, Automated Driving and Electric Mobility. 

Your tasks as Project Manager Development:

• As Project Manager Development, you are representing the development activities in the project core team and vis-à-vis the customer
• Manage all aspects of a transmissions project within the Project Core Team, including development scope, strategy, budget, monthly status, system specifications, work breakdown structure (WBS), scheduling the development and for compliance with the schedule.
• Responsible for the customer-specific maturity level management for each construction stage and, based on this, manages the product evolution process (PEP) agreed with the customer
• Maintains the problem resolution management process with the help of the topic leader and requests problem point reporting
• Coordinates the customer-specific tasks and the creation of customer-specific parts within the project team, e.g., construction statuses and hardware parts with milestones during software creation
   

Your profile as Project Manager Development:

• Degree in Engineering is preferred; other related disciplines are considered as well, if paired with strong technical interest
• Good knowledge of project management, customer support and supplier management within Automotive industry
• Technical knowledge of the automatic transmission system
• Excellent communication skills, including conflict management and moderation skills
• UK Driving License
