About the Team
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join the site HR team in Shirley. The facility supports technology innovation for the ZF Next Generation Mobility strategy. The site HR team partners with local leaders on daily HR issues and contributes to local, UK and global HR initiatives.

What you can look forward to as Human Resources Assistant:

• Assist the Site HR team on all HR related activities, which could include recruitment, Employee Relations and training & development 
• Provide timely statistical information and reporting 
• Take on specific HR related projects 
• Support internal communication
• Update policies and processes and provide HR policy guidance

Your Profile as Human Resources Assistant: 

• GCSEs in Maths and English with minimum C / 4 grades - A Level Qualification preferable
• HR experience with interest in pursuing CIPD qualification and/ or CIPD qualification
• Good communication skills, team member, time Management and planning skills
• Negotiation skills, analytical skills, problem solving and computer literacy
