What you can look forward to as HR System Specialist:
- Implementation Project (Support the implementation of Workday, working closely with the HR Project Lead. Act as a key contributor in system configuration, testing, and rollout activities. Provide input and feedback on system design and functionality to optimize the implementation process)
- User Support and Troubleshooting (Provide first-level support for users experiencing system issues. Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve technical problems efficiently)
- Release Management and Testing (Perform detailed technical and functional analysis of system updates/releases. Prepare test scenarios, execute testing, and document results to ensure successful rollouts. Support in providing operational input for the strategic review of releases)
- System Administration (Manage day-to-day system configurations and data integrity. Ensure the smooth functioning of interfaces between the HRIS and other systems)
- Process Execution and Optimization (Implement process changes based on strategic decisions. Provide recommendations for system-based improvements to enhance operational efficiency)
- Documentation and Training (Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, updates, and support activities. Conduct training sessions and create user guides for system changes and updates)
- Vendor Coordination (Act as the primary point of contact for vendors on operational topics. Monitor system performance and report issues to the vendor)
- Reporting and Data Management (Prepare regular reports on system performance, support tickets, and data integrity. Assist in the preparation of analytics dashboards)
Your profile as HR System Specialist:
- Experience in HR systems administration or HRIT (ideally Workday)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
