Commercial Controller OES (m/f/d)

We are looking for a new colleague in the OES Controlling team at our location in Nottingham.


Your tasks as Commercial Controller OES: 

  • Create the financial framework for the leadership team of the division: conduct regular performance reviews, assess financial impact of changing business drivers and model, and implement monthly forecast process
  • Identify causes of deviations and manage corrective actions
  • Provide decision support, prepare business cases for customer & Ad hoc projects for the Global BU controller (for instance improvement profit projects) 
  • Finance subject matter expert to solve strategic challenges: challenge and recommend improvements on customer profitability issues
  • Challenge and improve the budgetary process of the business unit working closely with the HR Business Partner


Your profile as Commercial Controller OES:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
  • 6 years of experience in the field
  • Strong business analytical skills (Business warehouse, business object, Power BI, SAP, advanced Excel)
  • Self-driven and motivated, proactive
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
