Head of Sales

  •  Reporting:

To compile and assess relevant information from the area of responsibility and relay this information to Plant Management for information / as a basis for planning and decision processes.

  • Personnel management

To guide, motivate and develop staff in the scope of responsibilities in accordance with the leadership principles of the company. To plan and implement individual personal actions as well as actions for an efficient design of processes in the delegation field (working in projects, leading other project team members)

  •  Customer support

To follow up customer satisfaction concerning sales and visit customer

  •  Commercial Coordination with KAE (Key account executives)  teams in various locations

To support KAMs for customer project acquisitions

To manage selling price change

To manage commercial excellence with Global KAM/KAM in KAE teams

To manage customer claims for volume fluctuation, raw material price and open AR (account receivables) etc




  • Education:  Min Ba degree in business administration/engineering
  • English in speaking and writing
  • Excellent skill on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Related job experience of min. 10 years in automotive industry
  • Good knowledge of ERP System, SAP favorable
  • Strong negotiating and leadership skills
