Main task:

  • Work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the organization.
  • Mainly focus on team of Sub-Region China Sales (220 FTE)

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • As a member of the China local LT, build deep understanding of the local business and strategic goals across Business Lines as a foundation for the customization of HR initiatives and programs
  • Be a trusted advisor to the local leaders on critical talent-related business decisions including org design, planning, challenging people situations, change management.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Support Talent processes (e.g. Potential & Succession Planning, ASR, employee engagement surveys…) across calendar year and keep leaders to date and in the know of the processes and their development. Understand business strategy to upgrade organization competencies.
  • Participate in the continous regular HR activities, actively contributing to the recruitment process, particularly in conducting onsite interviews. Implenmenting strategies to retain employees, managing compesation structures, and overseeing employee benefit programs.
  • Company Culture promotion: fostering a set of shared values, beliefs, attitudes, and behaviours within our organization, to lead to higher employee engagement.
  • Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • Planning & Reporting including yearly plan; monthly forecast; weekly review;
  • HR Initiatives: HR new project promotion in China.
  • Actively monitor and approve company administrative cost to apply to finance discipline.

 

 

 

Competencies and experiences:

  • 8+ years experience in progressive HR experience with all -rounded HR background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with the overall business goals and objectives.
  • Change Management ability.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
