Site HR Business Partner

About the team:

The Division U leadership team is a globally aligned and highly collaborative HR organization committed to supporting a diverse, engineering‑driven workforce. The team oversees strategic human resources initiatives across multiple regions and key business functions, ensuring a consistent, people‑centered approach to talent management. By working closely with business leaders around the world, the team delivers integrated HR solutions that enhance organizational growth, strengthen operational excellence and empower employees.

 

 

What can you look forward as Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Act as trusted advisor site management.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and engagement.  Including employee competency assessments, development planning and diversity
  • Responsible for local compensation and benefit programs
  • Oversee payroll administration for the site
  • Lead employee full-cycle management including recruiting, on/off boarding process, data management, employe KPIs and audit activity
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and documentation.
  • Drive annual performance review and goal-setting processes.
  • Coach managers on feedback, development planning, and performance improvement.

 

 

Your profile as a Human Resources Business Partner:

  • Solid knowledge of HR fundamentals, labor legislation, and compliance across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, conflict‑resolution, and stakeholder‑management skills within matrix organizations.
  • Data‑driven approach with the ability to interpret and leverage HR metrics for decision‑making.
  • Proven experience operating independently as a site HR representative or HR Business Partner, ideally within automotive tech, ADAS, autonomous driving, semiconductors, or HPC environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with global HR collaboration exposure preferred.
