As we expand our presence in Asia, we are looking for a Paralegal to support our Legal & Compliance function in Singapore.

The Legal & Compliance team spans Belgium, India, China and Singapore. As a Paralegal, you will support colleagues across different regions and work on cross border legal, compliance and administrative tasks

What you can expect as a Paralegal:.

•    Assist in drafting, reviewing and managing Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
•    Support corporate governance requirements, including maintaining legal records and company documentation.
•    Provide administrative and organizational support to the Legal & Compliance function, including invoice processing and coordination of internal workflows.
•    Assist with compliance processes such as policy updates, training coordination and documentation.
•    Conduct basic legal research and support internal stakeholders with legal or compliance related queries.
•    Manage and organize documents, filing systems and legal databases.
•    Support coordination of meetings and cross regional communication with the legal teams in Singapore, India and China.

Your profile as a Paralegal:
•    Degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline; relevant experience may also be considered.
•    Experience in legal administrative support or a paralegal role is beneficial, but motivated junior candidates are welcome.
•    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning legal or workflow management tools.
•    Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high accuracy.
•    Proactive, pragmatic and structured, with the ability to switch between tasks efficiently.
•    Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
