About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague who will join our Supplier Quality team in Shenyang.

What you can look forward to as Supplier Quality Engineer:

• Ensure correct handling of non-conforming or suspect incoming goods according to company procedure. Perform claim process to sub-suppliers and follow up on 8D reports.
• Conduct supplier PPAP approval for intercompany. Support PPAP approval for external suppliers.
• Ensure incoming inspection according to company procedure.
• Conduct process audits at suppliers according to VDA6.3, BMW GS90018 or VW Formel Q.
• Lead the core team to get incoming control plan and incoming check sheets reviewed and updated in time.
• Conduct monthly monitoring and analysis of supplier non-conformities and supplier performance.
• Conduct employee training to incoming inspectors.
• Local process expert in SAP operation.

Your Profile as Supplier Quality Engineer:

• University or college degree in engineering.
• 3 years of experience in quality assurance within automotive industry.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• MS Office required, SAP desired.
• Quality management requirements according to IATF 16949.
• Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5.
• Quality management tools (Q7 tools).
• Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
• Well skill of supplier communication.
