PLC Engineer

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Div E team in Shenyang.
 

Your Tasks:

  • Realize process requirement via PLC programming，improve maintainability of production line by optimizing PLC program constructer.
  • Realize optimization of line balance via programming, and support process people for poka-yoke device development. Assist maintenance technician analyze and solve those complex equipment fault.
  • Support from PLC programming side when process need to be changed due to ECM.
  • Support of all shifts in case of PLC process problems.
  • Support maintenance team for system problem diagnostic.
  • PLC program design or process improvement （CIP）for production.
  • Coordinate with IT and maintenance people for PLC hardware selection and establish spare part plan.
  • Develop technical training for maintenance technician and responsible for electrical qualification.
  • Other related job or projects given by the direct leader.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor and above.
  • Major science and Engineering.
  • 2 years PLC related work experiences.
  • English skills (orally and written).
  • Good computer skills (MS Office Tools).
  • Good capability on reading electrical & mechanical drawing of equipment.
  • Good communication skill and can work under high pressure.
  • Experience of Beckhoff PLC platform (Twincat) programming.
  • Experience of Siemens PLC platform (S71500) programming.
  • Experience of Siemens WinCC flexible programming.
  • Experience of VB/C# and SQL database.
  • Experience of Siemens SIMOTION system,e.g., S120.
