Material Planner

About the Team

We are currently expanding our R&D teams in Shenyang and looking for new colleagues who will join our team at Shenyang.

What you can look forward to as a Material Planner:

• Plan, order, control, and coordinate production related materials to guarantee a 100%-uninterruptable supply with required materials to the assembly process
• Arrange Production plan and ensure 100% delivery reliability to customers
• Plan and order material via SAP including MRP
• Negotiate and follow up with suppliers on lead-time of delivery and freight to control inventory
• Review MRP output and develop part purchasing schedules based on production requirements and associated activities and issue part purchasing schedules to suppliers to support a smooth operation
• Manage inventory including parts scheduling, fill rates, inventory levels in line with the plant goals and perform associated reporting

Your Profile as a Material Planner:

• At least 3 years materials planning & management experience
• Management experience of import materials and oversea suppliers
• Management experience of materials with expiration timing
• Responsible for materials of at least 3 projects in parallel 
• Stock management experience for ITR, Inventory value, slow moving stock and excessive stock
• SAP operation
