Market Specialist- eCustomer Collaboration

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work together with eCustomer Collaboration shanghai team and global team in respect of user management in relevant customer portals ( B2B portals provided by customers or marketplaces.)
  2. As the 1st level support, mainly responsible for requests and tickets. The daily work includes user account creation, reactivation, roles assignment, deactivation, group account reset task, portal audit and others as assigned.
  3. Process the access requests and inquiries in ZF internal platform, also by email and phone calls, in a timely and results oriented manner.
  4. Totally responsible for user support work for Chinese customer portals, including requests, tickets, portal audits, user migrations, admin files updates.
  5. Totally responsible for user support work for group account portals, including requests, tickets, portal audits, user migrations.
  6. Totally responsible for the group account reset task in the list before the defined deadline.
  7. Further with more experience and trainings, responsible also for the requests and tickets for the other global customer portals as assgined.
  8. Responsible for tickets defined as 1st level, including password reset, ZF-PortalManager process, manager change or approval.
  9. If needed, involve 2nd level support colleagues to solve the problems together.
  10. Take other tasks and projects as assigned.

 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Strong English reading and writing abilities. CET4
  • Ability to interact with colleagues and customers, and willing to help.
  • Detail and service oriented.
