Market Specialist- eCustomer Collaboration

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1.      As a member of eCustomer Collaboration AP team, provide supports to all ZF locations world wide, in respect of access to portals from external customers of ZF group.

2.      Process the access requests and inquiries in the internal request platform, in a timely and results oriented manner.

3.      Manage the global service hotlines and mailbox.

4.      Coordination internally with users, IT and legal department, externally with customers and portal providers , to ensure ZF’s easy and safe access to the portals.

5.      Support on the initialization of new portals, define the user management  process, maintain the documents and complete the user migration as required.

6.      Realization of Portal audits, ZF master data audits and so on.

7.      Support on digital bots and EDI projects as assigned.

8.      Take other tasks and projects as assigned by the superiors.

 

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above.
  2. About 2 years of relevant working experience.  Excellent graduates will also be considered.
  3. Good English skills, both oral and writing. CET 6 at least.
  4. Good understanding of process and systems.
  5. Logic thinking, detailed oriented.
