This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as Vehicle Test Supervisor:

• Responsible for leading ADAS vehicle validation activities and managing team.
• Ensure successful execution of vehicle validation activities for L2/L2+ driving and parking functions.
• Define vehicle validation strategy and test planning for L2/L2+ driving and parking functions.
• Lead vehicle validation team in executing vehicle test on public roads and proving grounds.
• Drive issue management, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure
• Define and monitor performance KPIs using data-driven validation methodologies.
• Maintain driving and parking validation scenario libraries.
• Coordinate with customer, EPM, and VPL on vehicle planning, validation activities, and resource allocation.
• Lead fleet test in China and oversea markets, include test execution, issue analysis and fine tuning for different market.
• Team management and continuously improve vehicle validation efficiency.

Your Profile as Vehicle Test Supervisor:

• Bachelor degree and major in Computer science and technology or Electronics Engineering or automotive Engineering.
• Master degree is highly preferred.
• At least 5+ years’ working experience in ADAS automotive industry and 3+ years’ team management working experience.
• Strong understanding of ADAS/AD functions, Vehicle integration, logging setup and debug processes.
• Be skilful in Vector CANoe, CANape and familiar with XCP/DDS/Someip/Doip protocol.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical presentation skills in English.
• Strong passion for vehicle validation and willingness to travel frequently to test track and oversea.
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools is a plus.
