About the Team

Providing strategic advice based on IP laws to Divisions of ZF in AP and handling all trademark related matters.

What you can look forward to as a Trademark Professional:

• Work with global IP team to support trademark prosecution
• Gather documents and evidence to support trademark litigations
• Handle trademark authorization related matters
• Conduct trademark searches and assess risks associated with new product and service name
• Provide comprehensive trademark legal advice to support business operations
• Monitor and advise on trademark infringement issues
• Coordinate and manage enforcement actions such as administrative raids, criminal raids, PRC Customs seizures, and online takedown requests

Your Profile as a Trademark Professional:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement, preferably in a multinational company or IP law firm 
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Intellectual Property, or related fields
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required 
• Solid experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement
• Fluent English
