About the Team：

The focus is on the validation and testing of mechatronic products, as well as the digital laboratory. The testing content will include defining a testing matrix, developing testing documents, analyzing test data, and organizing reports. The entire process will follow ASPICE requirements. The digital laboratory will include the development and maintenance of the laboratory database, and daily management of the system.

What you can look forward to as test engineer：

As an mechatronic testing engineer should perform testing related work and ensure testing quality. At the same time, it is necessary to develop various auxiliary tools to improve the quality of laboratory testing.

• Test accountabilities:
  • Analyse system requirements and develop testing specification based on system requirements.
  • Develop testing process documents and manage test process.
  • Analyse test data, organize and summarize reports and provide solutions.
  • Manage test process follow ASPICE.
  • Failure Analysis on electrical side (Not applicable to IT major candidates).
  • Test tool development (PCBA development or testing software development).
• Digital laboratory accountabilities:
  • Laboratory database development by MySQL or other database and programming software (Not applicable to electronic major candidates).
  • Laboratory database maintenance by API command (Not applicable to electronic major candidates).

Laboratory daily document summary and organization.

Profile as test engineer：

Education:                 

• Mechatronic/Electrical/IT Engineering degree or a professional technical preparation with experience the automotive product testing.

Experience:

• Understand bus communication (CAN, LIN, Ethernet) between control units.
• Have the practical project experience in PCBA design will be advantage.
• Have the basic knowledge with database development will be advantage.
• Programming knowledge with scripting and data analysis tools (Diadem, Python, VBS etc.) will be advantage.
• Familiar with ASPICE development process and management tools (ASPICE, DOORS) will be advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of technical mechanics, measurement technology, measurement data analysis and electrical circuits.

Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, ability to work in a team, assertiveness, creativity and initiative.
