Key Responsibilities
|
- Elaborate a specification of test procedure for power electronic products.
- Prepare and handle test tasks according to internal as well as national/international standards.
- Carry out test activities in alignment with different functions and test manager.
- Communicate and cooperate with external partner for test activities.
- Ensure test activities to be carried out in a timely, effectively manner.
- Represent test topic in different discussions.
- Identify and analyze risks of test setup and prepare setup accordingly.
- Prepare input and support the analysis of test results with different functions.

Working experience
|
At least 3 years’ experience in test in power electronic area, automotive industry and E-mobility background is preferred.

Bachelor or Master in Engineering

Reading and writing ability (required), Listening and speaking ability (preferred)

German
|
Listening, speaking, reading and writing ability (preferred, not a must)

Proficiency in MS Office software (required).

Qualification

Knowledge on automotive industry standards

- Knowledge of E-mobility relevant technologies
- Experience in automotive industry
- Test capability and experience, including high voltage training and experience.
- Good organizational & analytical skills
- Skills of coordination and technical communication: English is required, German as plus.
- Involvement in teamwork
- Available for short term and long-term business travel (domestic and international)
- Capable to work in a team, supporting and implementing team’s decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive in problem solving
- Precise and accurate in tasks completion and follow-up of pending issues
- Able to be stable and productive under pressure and adverse conditions
- Willing to compromise as individual when there is conflict between interests of the individual and those of the organization
