We are looking for a new colleague in R&D Center at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.

 

Your tasks:

  • The customer contact for System Requirements and works closely with the customer to an appropriate delivery in terms of system attributes.
  • Be responsible for the System Requirements Elicitation process (obtain stakeholder requirements and requests, understand stakeholder expectations, agree on requirements. Note: Only for systems aspects, not about all project requirements which is maintained by the PRM).
  • Manages the project planning with respect to definition of technical content and identifying/sequencing engineering activities (feature based content planning).
  • Manages the SE activities and supports the project planning including scheduling, prioritization, resource planning and cost estimates. He specifically assures adherence to the project planning for System Requirements Analysis, System Architectural Design processes, System configuration/integration and System qualification approval.
  • Reports and documents the system maturity feature development status relatively to the desired use case (e.g. EoL, Vehicle Testing, Customer Qualification Test, etc.) using the feature based planning.
  • Supporting OEM for Homologation or lead a generic ZF System Homologation if required (e.g. EBC 460  / ECE-R 749 Homologation)
  • Be responsible that Change Management, Problem Resolution, Risk Managment and Configuration management in the Systems Engineering team meets corporate standards and policies.
  • Be responsible for quality adherence within his domain and makes sure he is capable to coach his allocated staff on the domain processes and interface s to neighboring processes.
  • Derives the System Architectural Design from the requirements.
  • Describe System Architectural Design.
  • Develop logical model of the system.
  • Develop structural architecture based on logical model.
  • Verification of the System Architectural Design
  • Specify System States.
  • Develop and evaluate alternative Architectural Designs.
  • Support System integration and System verification planning.

  • Knowledge of project management
  • Knowledge of ZF's organization processes and structures
  • Knowledge of ZF's products and the automotive market
  • Knowledge of automotive norms (e.g. ISO26262, IATF 16949) and standards (e.g. ASPICE)
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Skills regarding planning, scheduling, effort and cost estimation, and reporting to stakeholders
  • Skills regarding problem solving, time and risk management
  • Skills to foster teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability
  • Experience in the usage of relevant project, organizational, and office tools
