Technical Project Leader (TPM)

• Product and Team:
  • Mainly for AKC prodduct customer project development management
  • Belong to ZF Div. C steering product line AKC product group

• Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development of a project according to the requirements of the ZF modular system and the customer requirements according to the ZF GDPEP.

  • Responsible for implementing the project in the customer schedule according to the requirements, taking into account quality and costs.

  • Coordination of a development team consisting of different development acreas

    • Mechanic, E/E Hardware, Software, Safety, Function, Simulation and Validation

• Qualifications

  • Understanding of mechatronic systems, viewing features, and automated driving technology

  • 2~3 years of previous related Engineering experience

  • Bechelor of Science in Engineering, Electronics, Mech. Engineering, Information Science or comparable

  • English lauguage proficiency

  • High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and diffcult

  • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to word effectively with business partners to meet mutual goals required

• Desired

  • Problem Solving & Analytical Methods: DFSS, DFMEA and PFMEA
