Tax Manager

Your tasks:

  • Strategic tax planning, tax policies and tax advice related to all ZF operations in China
  • Coordinate between China entities and APAC headquarter for all tax matters
  • Assistance with any ad hoc APAC projects as required
  • Communication of all tax issues to the various stakeholders and changes in the underlying legislation
  • Responsibility for all tax matters relating to M&A activity, due diligence and planning for China

Your profile:

  • Minimum 8 years of expériences in tax management area;  experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage ; Solid China tax experience is a must
  • Knowledge of IFRS in order to render such support as needed would be a very strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English & Chinese
